The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. AC worked AMAZING. We set it on 63 and it got freaking COLD, ICE COLD. The river view we got was perfect bc you could see the bridge and casinos and river with nothing in the way. Staff is great, friendly, and actually complete requests in a very timely manner. Pool was clean and big with lots of seating around.

That I paid for my room before arriving payment showed pending on my bank app, and the person checking me in stating my payment was declined. Do your research before trying to announce a payment was declined but magically and quickly the conversation changed when I pulled my phone out and showed payment.

The staff.They were the best 👌 I have never met better staff and that was in every area of the hotel. The receptionists were great. The lady and gentleman behind the bar serving meals were wonderful and the housekeepers were friendly. Even the man outside sweeping was welcoming with a big smile❤️

Location is very good, at one end of the Louisiana Boardwalk - a beautiful upscale open air shopping center. It also happened to be quite close to the NW Louisiana Veterens' Home. Facilities are very nice.

Location was great--enjoyed staying right on the Boardwalk. Our room faced the railroad tracks but did not notice noise too badly. Room was immaculate! Staff was friendly and helpful.
